Wonka Cash App has been the talk of the town since its launch due to its promising offer of doubling the money of investors after twelve (12) days or so. It may sound great, but many Filipinos have been skeptical about it, especially that scams online are prevalent today.
Many users are questioning its legitimacy. Aside from that the fact that investing money upfront can be risky, there is little to no information about their services and products.
To help you decide whether Wonka Cash App is legit, here are five other reasons which may indicate it being a scam:
Reason #1: They barely have reviews, and one even tagged them as a scam
Reviews are important as these give a general information about the site. In the case of Wonka Cash App, there is barely any feedback about their site aside from the ones in the Trust Pilot page.
In the image below, you can see that there are only two reviews about it and one even boldly gave it a bad rating and comment.
Reason #2: Their DTI-registration was only certified on February 2021
Looking at their DTI-registration, you can see that their business is fairly new, which explains why it doesn’t have a lot of reviews yet.
Another thing that you should take note of is that DTI-registration doesn’t guarantee the legitimacy of the business as this only concerns name registration. Meaning to say, not all DTI-registered businesses can’t be trusted and you can never guarantee their honest intentions.
Reason #3: Their domain name was only made recently
Although having a fresh domain name isn’t a bad thing, Wonka Cash App being new can’t be trusted yet as little data can only be used to determine its legitimacy.
Since there is money involved, it would be risky to invest in a business which has no good foundation and strong community yet.
Reason #4: They have a very bad website trust score
Trust score is not a direct determinant of one’s legitimacy. However, it can help review the site’s performance.
As shown below, Wonka Cash App has a trust score of 1%, which could mean that it lacks important information, related content, and visitors, among other aspects. This only shows its lack of secure connection, which can be harmful.
Reason #5: Third-party applications can harm your device and leak your information
Third-party applications aren’t safe at all. Since you’re allowing other parties access to your devices, you risk your private information to be stolen.
This app involves money, and it may eventually ask access to your bank accounts, which can be risky.
Conclusion
Wonka Cash App is an unsafe earning site, not only because it is new but it offers little information about their services. Given the facts, it would be best to turn away from this app to avoid being a victim of scam.
If you aren’t convinced yet about its potential harm, know that as of April 5, both their website and official Facebook page are unavailable.
